联合国秘书处已经传达联合国秘书长古特雷斯关于中国和尼泊尔境内发生重大山洪事件造成的人员伤亡表示默哀！目前联合国减灾署、世界卫生组织、粮农组织、联合国儿童基金会、联合国紧急救援队已经携带物资抵达尼泊尔境内，将随时配合中国政府组织的相关救援活动，厄尔尼诺现象所造成的自然灾害截止八月底已导致数万人员伤亡，数亿人群生活受到严重影响，灾难面前没有国别、贫富之分，愿一切救援营救工作顺利……联合国亚太和平特使张亮
